Being a Seed Consultant allows me to give and to learn at the same time. I can share my knowledge and experience with very open people, who are welcoming support and new insights. I have been exposed to a world that I did not know and that has enriched my life, through wonderful connections with leaders and their organizations. I have learned what it means to translate sophisticated theories and concepts into simple, agile, and flexible tools and processes that can be easily implemented. This role fulfills me personally, professionally and it allows me to make a contribution to countries that represent the future in many ways.
